Most hires take a couple of searches — one to see who is out there, one to narrow it down — then downloading the resumes of everyone worth calling.

The terms
- Credits never expire
- Whatever you do not spend stays in your account. Nothing is lost at a renewal date.
- No subscription
- No seat licence, no annual contract, no minimum commitment. A month with no hiring costs nothing.
- Unlocks last six months
- Once you have unlocked someone, their details stay open to you for six months at no extra cost.
- Buy when you need it
- Buy a pack when a role opens. You do not have to guess a year of hiring in advance. Bigger packs cost less per credit.
Common questions
How much does ResumeDB cost for recruiters?
You pay per action in credits, not by subscription. A search costs 10 credits. Downloading a resume costs 50 and gets you the candidate's name, phone and email. Every new account starts with 1000 free credits — 100 searches. You buy more from the Buy Credits page; bigger packs cost less per credit.
Is there a subscription or an annual contract?
No. There is no subscription, no seat licence, no annual contract and no minimum commitment. You buy credits when you need them and spend them as you hire, so a month with no hiring costs nothing.
Do ResumeDB credits expire?
No. Credits never expire — an unused balance is still there next quarter. This is the main practical difference from a database subscription, where unused access lapses at the end of the term.
What does a single hire typically cost in credits?
It depends how precisely you can describe the role, but a straightforward hire tends to run a handful of searches and a few contact unlocks. Five searches and four unlocks is 250 credits — comfortably inside the 1000 free credits a new account starts with.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire, though, so an unused balance stays available to you indefinitely rather than being lost at a renewal date.
How long do I keep a candidate's contact details after unlocking?
Six months. Once you unlock a candidate you can return to their details for six months without spending credits again; after that the contact details lock and re-unlocking costs credits.
Is ResumeDB free for job seekers?
Yes. Uploading a resume and being discoverable by recruiters costs job seekers nothing. Only the employer side uses credits.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
Credit packs are paid for by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay. Invoices are issued for each purchase and are available to download from the Billing page, with business details on the invoice for registered companies.
