By accessing and using ResumeDB platform provided by Mobond Software Consultancy Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access ResumeDB for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Credit System
Our platform operates on a credit-based system where credits are required to access candidate contact information. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire. Each contact view costs 50 credits.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must not share candidate information obtained through our platform with unauthorized parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mobond Software Consultancy Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ResumeDB platform.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time to access candidate contact information.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and may provide credit adjustments on a case-by-case basis.
3. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your case and provide appropriate resolution.
4. Service Interruptions
In case of extended service interruptions due to technical issues on our end, we may provide credit compensation or service extensions at our discretion.
