To write an effective search query, clearly specify the job title, skills, industry, experience, age, gender, location, CGPA, certifications, and other requirements. For example: “React developer with 3+ years of fintech experience, based in Mumbai, immediate joiner.” You can also include specific technologies, certifications, or company types.

Credits are deducted based on your use of ResumeDB. 10 credits are charged for each Search Query, and 50 credits are charged for Download Resume, which unlocks the candidate’s name, email, phone number, and other contact details.

After viewing a candidate profile, click “Download Resume” to get the candidate’s original resume. This automatically unlocks their contact details (phone and email), allowing you to contact them directly. The unlocked details remain accessible for 6 months, after which they are locked again.

Each candidate profile displays job title, skills, education, experience, age, gender, location, salary expectations, CGPA, projects, previous companies, and a detailed resume. Contact details remain hidden until unlocked using credits. Practical skills are those used in actual work, projects, or certifications. Other skills are additional skills mentioned in the resume but not verified through work or project experience.

Search history stores the latest 100 search queries only

You can shortlist candidates while browsing resumes to review them later. A maximum of 500 shortlisted candidates will be displayed; once this limit is reached, older entries are automatically removed.

Our database is continuously updated with new candidate profiles. Each resume shows the 'last updated' date to help you identify recently active candidates. We encourage candidates to keep their profiles up to date.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, credits don't expire and can be used anytime.
